Listed below are the TWELVE selections that make up the Premiere Menu.  You may order as many or as few items as you like.  For instance, if you order four items such as Etouffee, Chicken Creole, Jambalaya and Bayou Steak then your plate will be filled with each item taking up one quarter of the plate.  You could also devote your entire order to just one item or as many as twelve.  Your food will be seasoned to your taste also. You may order it Hot or Not- hence the name.  Where food is already seasoned it is indicated so. We are sure you will enjoy this cuisine as much as we have enjoyed bringing Louisiana Cajun to you, as well as our top entertainers.  Enjoy!

SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Lean ground meat simmered in a medium roux.

 

BAYOU STEAK

Chunks of steak sautéed with green peppers,  onions... served over rice.

 

FRESH VEGETABLE MEDLEY Hand cut broccoli, cauliflower and carrots flash sautéed with our special spice mix.

 

PARMESAN'D POTATOES Texas potato slices, deep fried and sprinkled with our original parmesan spice mix.
