Bound by their love of acoustic and electric blues (think Hot Tuna meets Cream), lead vocalist and guitarist D.K. and bassist-vocalist Steve Raynes each bring over 30 years of songwriting and musical energy into a “yours, mine and ours” selection of thoughtful original lyrics and music. Coupled with the many classic tunes given the Electric Fish treatment, each performance is a unique blend of musicianship, melody, and fun. Mike O: Originally from Missouri, he delivers vocals with a Roadhouse blues voice. The utility man in the band, he plays slide guitar, dirty Chicago blues harp, rhythm guitar and composes the band’s original music, that walks a line between scorchin’ blues rock and rockabilly Americana Rudy "Road Ready": He sings rocking vocals and is a vigorous and dynamic bass player "Hurricane James": One of the region’s finest blues rock lead guitar players. Hurricane‘s bright and powerful guitar work soars above the rhythm. Mark: The band’s Thunder. He is a terrific drummer-percussionist who is also a musician. Mark provides just the right touch to the skins. Cadillac
is a local four-piece band of experienced musicians from
diverse backgrounds. They have set out to develop a high energy roadhouse
sound, blending elements of blues, rock, and rockabilly into their original
tunes to get down that road. The band also bends and reshapes cover songs in
order to get their signature "Cadillac" roadhouse sound. Cadillac has been described as "an
explosion", a honkey-tonk band, and at a non-alcohol performance, a fan
aptly described their music with these words:
